| As a full-time, experienced Realtor with Windermere Real Estate Gig Harbor I have had the opportunity to help my clients find the home of their dreams or market their home in a professional, timely manner for the best possible price and terms. I have been a recipient of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors Sales Achievement Award since my second year in real estate because I not only work hard to find the perfect home or buyer for my clients, but I also work extremely hard to be sure that the transaction goes on to a smooth and trouble-free closing. I work with homes in all price ranges, including view and waterfront properties. I have put together a terrific team of professionals who will assist my clients in meeting their needs, including title and escrow officers, lenders, home inspectors, appraisers and contractors/handymen. The Finholm family has lived in the Gig Harbor/Olalla area since 1895, which gives me extensive knowledge of the area. There is even a part of town and a park/view climb named after our family! My husband of 33 years and I have raised three children who attended all levels of school in the Peninsula School District and I can't say enough good things about the school system. |
